Where we are

A small fishing village of Sveta Nedjelja lies on the sunny slopes on the south side of the Middle Dalmatian Island of Hvar. The village is surrounded with pine forest, hidden bays, sheer rocks and vineyards.

Sveta Nedjelja is located 12 km from Hvar, the city of rich history and today's tourist center of the island and one of the most remarkable places on the Adriatic coast.

The island is home of Jelsa, a typical Mediterranean place, Vrboska, also known as Small Venice and Stari Grad – Pharos, the oldest city on the island and among the oldest in Europe. These places are definitely worth seeing.

In our village, there are two restaurants by the sea, offering typical Dalmatian cuisine, fresh fish, domestic products and high-quality wines from Hvar.

In the restaurant "Tamaris" you can eat while admiring the breathtaking view on the sea, whereas in the restaurant "Bilo idro" in marina you can enjoy in the romantic atmosphere of the Mediterranean climate.

There is a small bakery which is open all day long and a small grocery store by the church in the village center.

There are supermarkets in Stari Grad, Jelsa and Hvar that are open during the summer season from 7.00 to 22.00, even Sundays and holidays.
